Zeb (he/him) is a core teacher at Flow Arts Netherlands and is known for his innovative performances that blend flow arts with burlesque and theater. His signature style includes hoop twerking and a unique hoop–lasso combination of his own design, pushing the boundaries of what flow performance can be.

Zeb's journey into flow arts began in 2017, when a friend in Iowa, USA introduced him to hooping. What started as a dancing waist-hooping practice in his basement quickly grew into something bigger. He began bringing his hoop to festivals, and after two years he attended his first flow arts festival. There, a whole new world of props and movement opened up for him.

In 2019, Zeb moved from Iowa to Amsterdam, where he discovered fire jams and began incorporating fire hooping into his practice. Through extensive travel and participation in numerous flow festivals, Zeb has built a deep connection with the international flow arts scene. Alongside his hoop work, he continues to expand his practice with other props such as rope dart, nunchucks and bullwhip. With his strong ability to combine dance, theater, and flow arts, Zeb creates performances that are playful, bold, and unlike anything else.

At Flow Arts Netherlands, Zeb shares the knowledge and experience he has gained over the years. His classes are open to all levels and all flow props, and are designed to support both personal practice and performance development.
